Processing Time: At Baby Bumpity Boo™, we understand the excitement of expecting a new arrival or welcoming a little one, so we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international locations. Please check back for updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Baby Bumpity Boo™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
